Cassandra Comeau is a three-times published author, home cook, and multipassionate entrepreneur who has spent the better part of two decades building things from scratch — businesses, renovated homes, family dinners, and now, finally, something that's entirely her own.

Based in rural New Brunswick with her family, she runs The Rural Kitchen with Cassandra, where storytelling, real food, and the honest documentation of a life being built in real time all live together. She teaches women how to use AI as a thinking partner, not just a task tool — because she needed that herself before she could teach it.
