Terms & Conditions of Purchase Effective as of 07/01/2025

💰 Payment & Refund Policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150 USD is included in your total purchase price. This secures your spot in the design and print queue.

  • Due to the custom and digital nature of this project, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is submitted.

  • In special cases, credit may be applied toward other products or services offered. This is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

🗓️ Timelines & Client Responsibility:

  • Your project timeline depends on the timely submission of your intake form, recipe(s), story elements, and required approvals.

  • Any delay in providing materials may result in a delay to your production and delivery timeline.

  • The Cassandra Comeau | Brewed Harmony Digital | Rural Kitchen brand(s) are not responsible for delays caused by missed form submissions, incomplete materials, or lack of communication.
