The friend who tests things so you don't have to — that's the whole job here. Nothing on this page is on it because someone paid to be. It's here because it earned a spot in my own business or my own kitchen first.
Some links below are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only ever point you at things I use myself.
Full disclosure here.
Three tools do most of the heavy lifting across all of my businesses. I've tried the alternatives. These are the ones I stopped switching away from.
This is what I run everything on, and what I built theBrewHQ on top of. CRM, funnels, email, booking, courses, automations — the stack that usually takes six separate subscriptions, in one place, billed in your own currency. Canada bills in CAD, the US in USD. The foundation is the same either way. It might just look a little different, but that doesn't change what you can build on it.
My own platformEvery project, every client, every half-formed idea I don't want to lose. I've tried to run my business out of notebooks, sticky notes, and my own memory, and this is the thing that finally stuck. It bends to how a multipassionate brain actually works instead of forcing you into one rigid system.
Affiliate linkA professional email address at your own domain, plus Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar that all just work together. It's not exciting and it's not meant to be. It's the reliable backbone underneath everything else, and getting it set up properly early saves a lot of untangling later.
Affiliate linkThe everyday things I reach for, grouped by where they live. This list grows as I find things worth telling you about, so check back — it's never quite finished.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
I add things as I find them and test them. If something stops earning its place, it comes off. Bookmark it, or catch the new finds first over on Instagram.
