Terms & Conditions of Purchase Effective as of 07/01/2025

💰 Payment & Refund Policy:

A non-refundable portion of $500 USD is included in your total purchase price. This secures your design consultation, creative direction, and a place in our production calendar.
Due to the personalized and collaborative nature of this offer, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
In special cases, credit may be applied toward other products or services. This is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

🗓️ Timelines & Client Responsibility:

This is a co-created project that relies on your timely submission of materials (including stories, photos, recipes, and approvals).
Your timeline officially begins only once all required forms and files are submitted.
Any delay in providing the necessary content or approvals will automatically extend your production timeline.
The Cassandra Comeau| Brewed Harmony Digital | Rural Kitchen brand(s) are not liable for delays caused by missed deadlines, incomplete submissions, or client-side pauses in communication.

✍️ Confirmation & Acceptance:

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to the above terms.
You acknowledge that the $500 portion of your payment is non-refundable, and your active participation is essential to the completion of this custom project.
If you do not submit your confirmation and intake form within 48 hours, your project may be rescheduled to the next available opening, which could affect delivery dates.
