Because I give each migration my full attention, I only take one project per month. Here’s what the process looks like from the moment you apply:

Step 1: Book your Wireframe Session (2Hours)

Reserve your wireframe session to officially claim the next available migration spot.
We’ll review your current Kajabi setup, prioritize what’s essential, and confirm any extras (like additional pages or screengrabs).

Step 2: Complete your Intake Form

After booking, you’ll get the intake form so I have all logins, assets, and notes ready for the session.

Step 3: Migration Build (Approx. 30 Days)

Once your wireframe is complete, I’ll give you your official start date and begin the migration.
You’ll get updates along the way — and if a spot opens sooner, I’ll let you know.

Step 4: Post-Migration Support (30 Days)

You’ll get quick-start Loom trainings and 30 days of support for any questions or tweaks once we go live.

Will I lose my content when we move?

No. All included assets (up to 10 website pages, 3 funnels, and 1 course) will be migrated safely into HighLevel. If you have more assets, we’ll review them during the wireframe session and decide what’s essential to move — and what can be archived or left behind.

Do you redesign my site or copy it?

This package focuses on replicating and optimizing your existing setup for HighLevel. If you want a full redesign or new creative direction, we can scope that as an add-on during your wireframe session.

What if I have more than 10 pages or 3 funnels?

No problem — extra pages and funnels can be added for a flat fee. We’ll clarify what’s needed during the wireframe session so you only pay for what you actually need. You will be invoiced independently for this after the wireframe session.

Can you save old versions of my Kajabi funnels?

Yes — I have a tool that captures screengrabs of funnels or pages you aren’t moving. This is optional and available as an add-on if you’d like a visual archive for reference or recordkeeping.

How long will the migration take?

Most migrations wrap in about 30 days, depending on the size and complexity of your setup. We’ll confirm your exact timeline during onboarding.

Do I need a HighLevel account?

No — if you don’t already have one, you’ll get 30 days free inside Nerdly (my white-labeled HighLevel platform). You can stay on Nerdly long-term or transition to your own account later — whichever works best for you.

Do you help after migration?

Yes. You’ll have 30 days of post-migration support and access to quick-start Loom trainings so you know exactly how to manage your new system.

Need More Than the Core Package?

Platform Shift Pro includes migration of up to 10 pages, 3 funnels, and 1 course portal. If your Kajabi setup is bigger or you want extras like archiving, you can add them during the wireframe session.

Want more than replication? We can scope a custom redesign during the wireframe session. (Pricing begins at $2,500 for redesigns — quoted separately.)

What happens if my payments are completed before my migration starts?

Sometimes, especially if you choose a payment plan or pay in full at the discounted rate, your payments may be completed before your official build slot. This is normal — your payment secures your place in the monthly queue (and locks in your promo rate).

If you need to delay your migration after paying in full, we can accommodate a later start date. However, payments are non-refundable since your spot and pricing have already been secured.

Note about Nerdly access:
If you choose to set up your Nerdly (HighLevel) account before the wireframe session, that’s totally fine — but your 30-day free trial will begin in your build month, not before, so you don’t lose valuable time while waiting for your migration.
